You may disable location access at any time, but core features may not function.
2.3 Safety Ping Data
If you enable the VLB Safety System:
- the app sends a small “alive” signal every 60 seconds
- nearby users may see your general location if you trigger an SOS
- your Trust Circle may receive alerts
We do not share exact coordinates publicly. SOS mode only reveals your location to nearby VLB users for safety purposes.
2.4 Device Information

- performance data
This helps us improve stability and fix bugs.
